Delete your BestB account

Deleting your account erases your email address, your display name, and your membership of every store. If you are the only owner of a store, that store and all of its inventory are deleted too. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

From the app

Open the menu, choose Settings, tap Delete account, and type DELETE to confirm. The app spells out exactly what will be removed before anything happens.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@bestbtracker.app from the address you signed in with and ask for deletion. We erase the account and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.
